Test of ketchup smoothness

In this application, we will present a ketchup creaminess test. To do this, we use a disk-shaped probe to measure the compression force applied to ketchup in a container. The test results can be plotted for creaminess analysis using the included software. This type of test is used in the food industry for texture evaluation in quality control and R&D.
