Applications
> <SMGM manual pressure test benches were designed to solve calibration and verification problems of dial gauges, transducers, pressure transmitters and pressure switches.
The fluid is pressurized by means of an internal piston, which allows a micrometric adjustment of the pressure with very little effort, thanks to a screw system.
The structure is made of stainless steel (SMGM2000 and SMGM3000) or aluminium (SMGM700) for easy handling, and includes a central tank for the hydraulic circuit fluid, a drain ball valve, a tank sealing system for transport, and two gas connections ½ to connect the sample manometer and the manometer to be tested to the calibration device.
All test benches are equipped with a manual precharge pump used for rapid filling of the circuit before pressure regulation.
The SMGM are complete with gaskets and a carrying case with two compartments for the sample manometers.
The main application is directly related to companies or laboratories that need to control their own pressure gauges at regular intervals.
