The CMCP420VT is a current loop vibration sensor. It provides a 4-20 mA output which is proportional to the speed RMS (optional additional temperature output). The CMCP420VT continuously monitors the status of the machines and transmits directly to a PLC or CNC system to generate statistics, trigger alarms or initiate machine shutdown. In addition, the CMCP420VT provides access to the dynamic output of the transducer. Portable data collectors/analysers can also be used for detailed analysis of machine faults. The 4-20mA output is proportional to the RMS value and is capable of transmitting signals over a long distance without signal loss. Available in 1 In/Sec or 2 In/Sec versions.
