The XB1-B is extra robust, pressure-, saltwater- and corrosion-proof stainless steel sensor housing (IP68) with an integrated sensor for measuring uniaxial acceleration.
As well as the sensor, the box contains a signal conditioner with 0 ... 5V or 4...20mA output and a separate, highly stable supply voltage that can be used externally as a reference point.
A special electronic temperature compensation system can significantly reduce the temperature sensitivity of the implemented sensor.
The compact stainless steel cable gland and stainless steel housing size enable the use of this high quality measuring system in especially harsh operating conditions.
