Piezoelectric speed sensors CMCP 793V-797V are measuring devices used to examine vibration signals in terms of speed (in/sec). The CMCP 793V-797V attenuates high frequency signals, which enables better measurement of low frequency vibrations. The CMCP 793V-797V sensor is essentially an accelerometer with an integration circuit that will produce an output relative to speed. The CMCP 793V-797V is the ideal accelerometer for use on most types of rotating equipment. The CMCP 793V-797V is lightweight and can be used for magnet or permanent mount applications. The sensor is designed so that cross wiring does not damage internal components and provides protection against ground loops. The CMCP 793V-797V is fully waterproof and can be cleaned with a water jet or submerged using a suitable extension cable such as the CMCP602 series.
The CMCP 793V-797V is stored in the industry standard of 100 mV/In/Sec sensitivity, an optional 500 mV/In/Sec version is available.
