Foot Brakes Pedal Stepping Force Test

Force to step foot brakes is measured by a dedicated load cell and amplifier.

You just mount the load cell on a foot brake, step them together, then the stepping force is indicated. This test can also be applied to accelerator pedal.

This test is used for inspection, safety evaluation and quality control.


Products used:

  • ZTS series (Separated Sensor Model) - Separated Sensor Model Digital Force Gauge.
  • PK2-500N - Load cell for Vehicle Foot Pedals.
  • WL01 series - Wireless Data Transmit System.

ZTS series force gauge or eZT series is recommended for this test.
It is possible to send measured data to software without connecting to PC by using the wireless unit.
